If we discover any complications (e.g., structural damage, non-standard electrical or plumbing issues, or poor access), we will notify you immediately and provide a separate quote before continuing. No surprise charges—ever.
Important: All ceilings for ceiling fan installs must not exceed 9 feet in height. Service areas must be clean and ready for work—this includes clear access to the toilet, storm door, and fixtures. We are not responsible for moving personal items to access the work area.
All service locations must be within 18 miles of Dandridge, TN. A $1 per mile fee applies beyond that radius. Customer must supply all installable items (e.g., fan, toilet, faucet, dishwasher). Cancellations must be made within 4 hours of payment to avoid a dispatch fee.

🧰 Combo Kit – Toilet + Installation
Includes professional installation and the American Standard Edgemere 2-piece toilet (Model #765AA101.020). Features chair height, elongated bowl, soft-close seat, 1.28 GPF, 12″ rough-in, new wax ring, and haul-off.
🚰 Faucet Installation
Install 1 customer-supplied kitchen or bathroom faucet. Includes removal of old faucet, labor, and standard fittings.
💡 Ceiling Fan Installation
Install 1 customer-supplied ceiling fan into existing box. Includes secure mounting, wiring check, and cleanup.
🚪 Storm Door Installation
Install 1 customer-supplied standard-size storm door. Includes alignment, handle set installation, and haul-off of packaging debris.
💡 Light Fixture Replacement
Remove and replace 1 existing interior or exterior light fixture. Customer must supply the new fixture. Standard ceiling or wall mounting only.
🍽️ Dishwasher Installation
Disconnect and remove old dishwasher. Install new customer-supplied unit using existing plumbing and electrical setup. Includes testing for leaks and performance.
🚪 Threshold Installation
Install new exterior threshold (includes labor and materials). Compatible with standard door sizes: 32″, 34″, and 36″. Price covers all three size options.
